About me

My deepest wish and intention is to know myself — to consciously experience life as it unfolds through me in the present moment.

My own path has been guided by a wish to understand life more consciously and to support others in doing the same. Over the years, this has led me to dive and explore several ways through which we can get to know ourselves: psychology, somatic psychotherapy, expressive arts, education, nature, as well as different spiritual paths and practices. Each has offered me a different doorway into self-awareness and together they continue to show me the aliveness that unfolds when we heal and are able to be truly present in life.

My Work

I work internationally as a Clinical Psychologist and Somatic Psychotherapist, integrating body, mind, creative expression, and awareness.

My approach is informed by body–mind psychotherapies (Bioenergetics, Biosynthesis), NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), Expressive Arts Therapies (Dance Movement and Art Therapy), and a long-standing engagement with meditative and contemplative practices.

Over the years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults across clinical, educational, and community settings in different countries and cultures. My understanding of child and brain development, attachment, the nervous system, and trauma continues to shape how I support adults and educators today.

I believe that nurturing the well-being of adults is one of the most sustainable ways to support the well-being of children. My collaborations include projects within Waldorf, Montessori, International Baccalaureate, and Green School Bali.

I have accompanied individuals through a wide range of experiences — from anxiety, depression, addiction, and relational difficulties to those simply wishing to know themselves more deeply and live with greater freedom and connection.

As a woman, my own healing journey has led me to support other women in reconnecting with their health, vitality, and innate wisdom, particularly in areas related to sexuality and motherhood.

My background in meditation and contemplative traditions — including Zen Buddhism, Yoga, Vedanta, Sufism, Vipassana, and Gurdjieff — continues to inform my presence and way of working. When appropriate, I may integrate meditative awareness practices into therapy.

I currently work with adults through individual psychotherapy (online and in person), group therapy, training, and consultation, offering an integrated approach that draws on the full range of my experience.
