Women’s Health

Embodiment, Wisdom & Connection

Women hold within their bodies an ancient and innate wisdom. Through our cycles, we experience the deep rhythm of life — birth, death, and rebirth — and the profound teachings of impermanence, creativity, sensuality, intuition, and love.

Yet for centuries, women have been taught to disconnect from their bodies and from this knowing. This disconnection can shape how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world.

My invitation is to gently explore what stands in the way of a woman’s connection with her own body and her feminine wisdom — and to remember that every stage, every cycle, and every expression of her being is worthy of celebration.

When a safe and caring space is created, a woman’s aliveness, love, and inner wisdom naturally begin to unfold.

Female Sexuality

Sexuality is far more than sex — it is an expression of our fundamental life force. Like nature, we move through cycles of darkness and light, contraction and expansion, and when we attune to this rhythm, we reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom.

When sexuality becomes suppressed — whether through personal or transgenerational trauma, protective adaptations, or societal pressure — the body often speaks through symptoms. These may include low energy, diminished desire or arousal, genito-pelvic pain, low self-esteem, shame or fear around sexuality, poor body image, or difficulties with intimacy. These are not failures, but messages asking for attention and care. You may also simply feel called to explore sexuality more deeply, even without specific symptoms.

Through relational safety and presence, the natural flow of energy and sexuality can be restored, allowing vitality, pleasure, and connection to emerge as expressions of life itself. When needed, I collaborate with trusted health professionals to offer a holistic, integrated approach.

Supporting Motherhood – Birth Doula

Birth is one of the most intense and transformative experiences a woman can go through — a powerful threshold between worlds that holds both vulnerability and strength. Throughout the journey of motherhood, it is natural for different dimensions of a woman’s inner life to emerge: emotions, attachment patterns, developmental wounds, and also profound intuition and power.

This is a time that deserves deep support and conscious care. More than the events themselves, it is how a woman relates to her experience — how informed, supported, and empowered she feels — that shapes her sense of safety and meaning.

As a Doula and Somatic Psychotherapist, I support women and families through conception, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I offer emotional, physical, and relational support, creating a grounded and compassionate space for this transition. I believe that transforming how birth is experienced contributes to healing not only within families but also within the wider fabric of our relational world.
