Education & Well-being
The essence of learning is connection.

Education, at its heart, is about nurturing human growth in the most holistic way — supporting the development of body, mind, and spirit.
When we truly understand what a child needs to develop in a healthy manner, we can create environments that cultivate these conditions, through presence, curiosity and joy.
“Educators don’t teach what they say, they transmit who they are.”
– Carlos Netto
My Approach
My work in education is rooted in the understanding that meaningful transformation begins with the adults who accompany children. A child’s sense of self, others, and the world develops through relationship — learning is always relational. Because of this, the presence, emotional state, and awareness of educators and caregivers are central to a child’s healthy development.
When adults are grounded, joyful, and connected to themselves, children feel met in their true nature and supported in their curiosity, safety, and growth. When educators reconnect with their own presence and creativity, they naturally bring empathy, imagination, and intelligence into their work.
Supporting adults in this way creates ripple effects of well-being that extend into classrooms, families, and communities.
I have collaborated with Waldorf, Montessori, International Baccalaureate (IB), therapeutic-pedagogy programs, and progressive educational projects — including the Green School in Bali — each reinforcing that authentic education begins with self-awareness.

“If you wish your children well, you must first wish yourself well. For if you change, your children too will change. For the sake of their future, for a time, forget about them and think about yourself”.
