Psychotherapy
Exploring the body, the mind, and the space between.

As human beings, we all develop unconscious patterns in the way we think, feel, and relate — with ourselves, with others, and with the world.
Many of these patterns were formed in childhood as ways to adapt and stay safe. While they once protected us, they can limit our choices today.
Psychotherapy offers a safe, compassionate space to explore these patterns and bring awareness to the inner life. Through this process, we begin to respond to life with more freedom, authenticity, and compassion.
My Psychotherapy Approach

Somatic Psychotherapy
Works with the deep interconnection between body and mind. When emotions cannot be safely expressed, we often disconnect from them as an adaptive response to trauma. Somatic Psychotherapy offers a safe relational space for the possibility of reconnecting with emotions and sensations in the body, allowing healing and a greater sense of connection to unfold.

NARM
NeuroAffective Relational Model is a non-pathologizing approach that focuses on how early survival strategies continue to shape our adult relationships and our sense of self today. It integrates psychodynamic, somatic, cognitive therapies with affective neuroscience and non-western perspectives.

Mindfulness
The capacity to bring our attention to the present moment, noticing thoughts, emotions and sensations as they come and go, within our awareness, in a non-judgemental manner. Mindfulness allows for the possibility of choosing how to respond to life rather than unconsciously react, for inner peace and freedom.

Expressive Therapies
Drawing on Dance Movement and Art Therapy, expressive approaches invite creative expression as a way to give form and voice to inner experience — especially when words feel limited. These non-verbal pathways complement talk-based therapy, helping us reconnect with creativity and vitality.
The Process of Therapy
Therapy is a journey of awareness — a space to recognize old patterns, expand emotional capacity, and reconnect with your natural vitality and freedom.
Through this process, we begin to live with more authenticity, compassion, and presence — in relationship with ourselves, others, and life.

“Everything can be a doorway. Sometimes therapy begins with a specific issue or symptom, which then becomes an entry point into something deeper — a process of self-discovery, awareness, and the freedom to live with more presence and authenticity.”
